Central California Coast Road Trip

Rob came to visit from Atlanta for three weeks. During the Thanksgiving holiday we planned a trip along California's Central Coast. Our journey began in Santa Barbara. We then went to Slovang, where we settled for the night. The next day was Thanksgiving and we hit San Luis Obispo and the Madonna Inn. The next day we did the Hearst Castle in San Simeon. We also drove through Big Sur at night. Which was very, very scary! We ended up in Monterey for two nights. We explored Carmel and Monterey Aqurium and then we set off back to Los Angeles!

Elephant Seals and Madonna Inn

Here are some YouTube videos of Elephant seals off of San Simeon (near Hearst castle). The second video is a little tour of our wacky room at the Madonna Inn in San Luis Obispo. The room was called Big and Tall. It's weird because it was all pink!!!
