LA Pride 2008
Like every year Pride sneaks up on everyone! It was a very hot day this year and the parade seemed twice as big as ever!! The whole group wanted to give up half way through the parade, but they stayed! I'm glad that we did , because I took some great pictures! Our little core group this year was: Rafael, Brian, Mariano, Dan, David, Xiu, Julian, Jim and me. I think that's everyone!
Saturday Rafael and Brian came for the festival for a bit and then Jim joined me afterwards.
We drank way too much and had a great time with GAPSN or whatever the acrnoym is for Gay Asian Pacific Islander Social Network for Men. The next day the rest of the group, minus Jim,
went to the festival and we stayed out in the sun so long that Rafael and I got a nasty sun burn!! It was brutal! But we loved every minute of it.
